RIP my friend Merle Haggard

What a nice man and fun to work with.  Its a blessing when you meet a person who's  vibes issue love and care for  people.  I remember doing background vocals for Merle Haggard back in 1979 at Hyde street studios in San Francisco. I was just beginning my pregnancy with my second son Beethovan. I will never forget him saying what are you going to name him, and I said Beethovan.  He was smiling and I was laughing and telling him about the history of the name.  He said to let him know how that worked out. We lost contact.   I wish I had seen him perform when he was at the Fox months ago. I admired him and I will miss him. I  have a good memory to treasure RIP Mr. Haggard
